Ok I've found an issue that has surfaced twice over the past week of troubleshooting a job. Looks like IMAN is allowing 2 filter transforms to both have a priority of 1. What ends up happening then, is that one of the transforms gets skipped, and then the job picks up with the 3rd filter transform that has a priority of 2.

What I did last week: I re-numbered the 'priority' field on all the filters (there are 12), and then everything was fine for a while. 

But for whatever reason, after working on other elements of the job (not the priority field), I noticed that once again, the first 2 filter transforms both have a priority of 1. So, what's up with this? I will re-number them again now but could use some advice for getting this job straightened out.
