Lost SageCRM connector license after v4,2 update (No replies)

I updated our V4.1 install using the following steps
1) uninstalled v4.1 making note of settings
2) installed v4.2 with same directory etc

The license for Sage 300 and Iman is fine but the Sage CRM license has not been transferred, please advise how to reinstate
