IMan Scheduler cannot process Sage 300 Connector but Connector works fine in Preview Mode. (1 reply)
Issue is resolved; products that were being imported from the WooCommerce site did not have same item numbers as they are listed in Sage 300.

I’ve been having issues today trying to schedule some jobs for my A/R Invoice Sage import. Previously, I had to create a new copy of the job since the one I was working on was corrupted which brought me over the limit of jobs allowed for the license I was given for this project. There were two jobs listed in the design menu before, but I guess the second job got deleted after reactivating the license? Additionally, I’m receiving this error below in the scheduler even though I’m able to complete an A/R invoice import using the Sage 300 connector via Preview mode. I attached the complete error as a txt to this post. The error is originating from our second Sage 300 connector after importing WooCommerce data. Please note that the connector is trying to connect to a Sage installation on another machine on the same network. I’m not exactly sure what it’s referring to when it says “Select a valid item number from the Finder or use the Items notebook…” Any idea what this error might be referring to?
