Olivia, it would appear the user under which IMan is scheduled.

Hey Olivia, I have seen this a bunch of times.
I would recommend creating a service account for the IMan permissions to the servers etc. Then apply that account using the secuity settings on the application console. Alternately, you could manually add the service account to all of the IMan services and application pools.
IMan is not working for one of our clients. When they open IMan, they get the first error.
So I have tried restarting the IMan Service in IIS – this worked.
I then opened the Admin Console and when I click on Save to restart the services (second error).
