Job executing two hours after scheduled time; where does IMan get the actual time to compare to its schedule? (4 replies)

What does Iman look at in the environment to execute a scheduled job? Here is the scenario:

Client migrated to new servers on Monday.
Iman was migrated correctly; other than the timing, the migrated job is working fine.
Job was scheduled to run at 8pm; on the new servers, it ran at 10pm Mon and Tue.
We reviewed the IMan server and the Server time and time zone (US Central) were both correct.
We reviewed the SQL server and noted that the time zone was incorrect as Pacific which is two hours behind Central.
We updated the SQL Server to be correct but the IMan job still ran at 10pm last night.
Any ideas? Do we need to refresh the IMan services, reset IIS, reboot the server? Is there some other setting in IMan or in the db that needs to be updated?

Did you delete and re-add the schedule in IMan? That might help. Another option is to use the Task Scheduler to run IMan jobs. It's more robust in terms of options. Not sure of any disadvantages.

No dice. It was working fine in the legacy environment so task scheduler should not be needed. I suspect there is some setting, not visible in the UI, that is off a couple hours.
