There is no facility to run an arbitrary Crystal Report from within IMan.
How does Report Runner work? If it can be launched as a process (to run a report) then you can use IMan.
Does Report Runner have any documentation on how it can be launched an .exe/command line?
Thanks- I think we'll just use the O/E Forms dialog rather than venture into this territory.

Hello all,
We have a request to create a Crystal Report through IMAN and I'm curious the best way to accomplish this.
I came across this older post and wondered if this is still the case: https://www.realisable.co.uk/how-do-i/crystal-report-printing/
Ideally we would just generate the Crystal report on the fly. Can you add more context to the documentation here on using the Process Task? Specifically- would they need ReportRunner to be accessible on the IMAN server in order for the Process Task to work? This client owns Report Runner. https://www.realisable.co.uk/support/documentation-3-2/iman-user-guide/Tasks/Process.htm
If this is not possible we could probably use the Sage 300 O/E Forms screen to generate the form as a PDF.
