CRM connector bugging out (3 replies)

Issues here...

Assembly Versions:
Realisable.IManWebUI.DLL 3.2.0.0

Product Update: PU1

Config Version: 3.21

DB Version: 3.12

 

CRM Connector: When I first built the job it was updating a CRM Company field just fine. I went in to edit the audit syntax, and then everything went wrong. I looked at the Connector screen and suddenly, instead of pointing to "Company" and selecting "update" it's now set to "Phone" and "insert." 

I reset services, and the connector is back to  pointing to "Company" and selecting "update".

Run the job through the scheduler, and for some reasons the fields are not being updated. 

Go into the connector to see if they are mapped properly and it's now set to "Phone" and "insert." 

I can't be resetting services in a live environment just because the CRM Connector is losing context. What's up?

Hi Arline,

It seems that something has chnaged on the server, the connector seems to think that Company isn;t available as an import type in the metadata. To confirm, could you please place aother connector into the integration and check the list of available imports?

You may need to run the the CRM setup guide regarding metadata and permisisons. (not the SQL scripts though)
