Tascoli, this is relatively easy. Here are the steps...I assume you're trying to create a file like the screenshot attached.

1. After reading the data hierarchise the data (using the hierarchy transform) into your 4 different record types.
2. Add a map transform following the hierarchy transform where you add a new field 'RecordType' to EACH transaction. Assign a unique value to the new field on each level.
3. In your CSV Writer, ensure RecordType field is the first field...thereby signifying the record type.
